Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne Area, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was ok - the front desk clerk took all the fruit loop cereal so the kids could not have that - the eggs ran out and the kitchen attendant was watching TV - the eggs need some quality control. The room was nice, spacious and clean.

I liked the location right off I-287 as there are few other lodging choices in the area. Very comfortable room and great breakfast with both healthy and unhealthy options. (I like both!) Staff were mostly great and very helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

I loved every part of this location. The value of this hotel really exceeded my expectations. I will be frequenting this location several times a year in the future. I do want to make note that this is a pet friendly hotel and during my stay there were many dogs there. Dogs bark. I personally didn’t mind and was actually excited to see how welcoming they were and I will be bringing my pup with me next time. If you are scared of dogs or not ok with a little bark here and there then I would book elsewhere. If your animal lover I highly recommend!

The hotel was fine for our needs - we were only there for one night as we were in the area for a hockey tournament. The rate was good considering we booked early - pricing in the area went up as the date of the event neared so our friends that booked later, paid higher rates at other hotels.
